No. If you booked an appointment for yourself you cannot transfer that spot to someone else. Please reach out to your artist in a timely manner if something comes up and you need to reschedule.

A numbing product should not be applied to the piercing site prior to piercing. You’re probably wondering why, right? Because piercings hurt! We won’t lie and say they don’t, but they only take 2 seconds. Numbing products work because they constrict blood flow, but they also distort tissue, which can shift a piercing from its original position once the numbing wears off in a few hours and your skin relaxes.

Numbing products for tattoos are A-okay because they are superficial wounds. Ask your artist for a recommendation!

Yes, you can get a piercing after a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, or an ear reconstruction. However, you must wait at least 12 months after surgery to allow yourself time to heal and your scars to mature. Even if your doctor says it’s okay sooner, it takes at least a full year for surgical scars to settle. Getting pierced sooner may cause more scar tissue to form.

Please do not get tattooed or pierced if you know or believe you are pregnant. We will not knowingly tattoo or pierce a pregnant person because a tattoo/body piercing is a voluntary procedure that can result in infection.
Please cease breastfeeding before getting any tattoo or piercing.
For nipples piercings, we recommend you wait 6 months after you have ceased breastfeeding to allow the tissue time to stabilize.
Jewelry is a choking hazard, no matter how tightly you believe it is secured, so you may have to retire your nipple piercings or wait before getting them done.

Generally, no. If you are about to visit a location where you will be swimming or will not have access to clean running water, it’s best to hold off. If you are taking a plane, you can expect your body to swell even more due to the pressure and altitude.

Most medical conditions will not prevent you from getting a tattoo or piercing, however these procedures do pose a small risk of infection which can be a greater risk for people with weakened immune systems.
If you are someone who is immuno-compromised or were diagnosed with a heart condition or seizure disorder, please contact your doctor prior to visiting us to ensure you are not taking an unnecessary risk.
We will only refuse service if we genuinely believe it is dangerous to your safety.
